Unsolicited calls after registering with DND

I have registered my for DND services, however I am receiving un-solicited calls. When I have visited Airtel website to register the complaint, they ask for mobile no and DND registration no. When I enter DND registration no, it says it does not match with my mobile no where as the registration no has been received vis sms from the same no. It seems Airtel is not interested in recording customer complaints regarding violation of DND services.
