BSNL Landline phone
Dead from past one month

My landline phone no. (01745-242578) is out of order from past one month. I made complaints on 198 a number of times but no action has been taken regarding those complaints. I called in GM office, then the phone worked for two days and again get out of order. Again I called in GM office but no action has been taken yet. So I am fed of complaining.
