my name is sanjeev kumar singla. i have a bsnl landline phone no. 01676273313. the phone is not working sinbce 15/08. i have lodged a complaint at local bsnl office at lehragaga on 16/08. but the concerned authorities had not taken any action. i have reminded them thrice about this till date but always same answer comes that they seeing this but nothing has been done yet. due to this i am suffering higly mental harrassment and buisness loss. so kindly take action as fast as possible and take hard actions against concerned authorties so that in future no other customers have to face this problem.
