Dear Madam/Sir,
My land phone (0474-2467 214) is not working since December, may times wrote complaint in register and no response from the concern, this phone was taken with an advance payment of Rs.10, 000/-. I have Broadband connection also and that is working. may I know why BSNL JTO or any other personnel not responding the complaint.
