its really imp to explain what is going in vodafone mandi. i wish it must go forward to mr. bhatia, head office, shimla too.
as i brought out the fraud activations issue in vodafone mandi and involvement of field working officer rakesh kumar as their was going on fake portabilitys by selling and buying old simcards to earn money, this matter even reached to the police dept. too but i took complaint back when they agreed to stop this thing and gave in written in p.s mandi office.
after that they stopped working in field and no one comes on beat to my retail counter to provide services and when i call beat boy they say either call rm or owner of akanksha entp. regarding this issue as their words are owner have told them not to cum to counter and dont take any forms and activations as well as forms i sent before are all taken by them but maximum of sims are not working.
i request you to look into the matter and resolve it asap.

imp. if the action wont be taken against these issues as before after breaking phones in police station mr rakesh and vishal agreed to resolve and pay for loss damaged mobiles by doing misbehave in my outlet, changed things after i came out by taking application back.i am sending this mail to head of vodafone too and if action not taken same will be send to all the media networks and open the fraud going on.i do have sufficient proofs to make it proved.
