I am not satisfied with your service

Hi,

I am an existing customer of BSNL (Number STD 03213 - Ph- 260082). Previously I had BSNL WLL phone (Number STD 03213 - Ph- 212316). In order to take Broad Band connection I was told that to Change that to BSNL Land Line by the JTO of Jirat-Balagarh Telephone Exchange, Balagarh, Hooghly, WestBengal - 712501. I had submitted an application to do that. In the month of February they have taken the WLL phone (Number STD 03213 - Ph- 212316) back and connected a new Land Phone (Number STD 03213 - Ph- 260082). Then I have applied for Broadband Connection to my new Land Phone although i have not got it installed till now.

After this I got bill for the WLL Phone for the Month of March. I went to JTO again and he told me to ignore this bill and pay the previous due (till Feb). Now again i got the bill for the month of April for the WLL phone and now JTO is saying as the bill got generated, so you have to pay the amount (Rs - 242) for those months.

So my request is that, Please look into this issue and arrange accordingly so that I can avoid paying this extra amount.
