I draw to you (Mail sent to all dignitories of BSNL like CMD and other) kind attention that my above telephone is frequently going to out of order and you are very much aware for the same. This is 7th time that my telephone went out of order within three months period.
I am extremely sorry to say that despite my complete record before you, still you have not taken any action against erring staff of Cantonment Exchange. This is a blot on customer service of reputed organisation of which you are heading. This is not with me but so many other subscribers are there, who are not knowing how to lodge complaint at higher level.
Further, I have to state that my above telephone is again not working since 21.7.2009 and still complaint is pending for repairing the telephone i.e. 5 days has already passed.
I have also informed you that I am suffering from Cardiac Ailment and my son is studying in Engineering College so working telephone is prime necessity for me and my family members. Frequent failure of my telephone and non-attending to complaint immediately put me in panic and mental agony.
As I have faith and trust on BSNL, I once again request you to rectify the fault of above my telephone immediately under advice to me. I therefore, once again humbly request you to take immediate action in the matter and arrange to restore my telephone at the earlier while using your good offices.
