I have applied for shifting of telephone in Dec in Bangalore from Vijaynagar to Rajarajeshwari Nagar.
It is been 3 months since and no response from BSNL.
It was horrible tracing customer service, their officials to answer the query.
Already 2 bills are posted without having the services.
Please let me know how to put consumer case on the same.
