Im jaswinder singh from chandigarh. my mobile no is 9417415425. but from last 2 months BSNL activate the service of CHAT MESSENGER SERVICE to my no an charging rs. 15 after every 15 days. but i never activate this service. i'l complaint for it many times but no action will be taken. after this now i can't use BSNL COUSTOMER CARE SERVICE becouse the block my service to talk to customer care. plz help me to resolve this issue.
