Dear Sir/Ma'am,
On the date of 12th January with out my intimate Voice mail service was activated on my number (09474556917) and deducted 30 rupees on my main balance. I have submitted the complain same day (12.01.2011 at 7:43 pm) and the customer care executive booked (complain docket no A12WB61367) the complain. After one month asked the customer care regarding my complain they told that it will solve as soon as possible but the problem has not solve. Again I have register my complain (on the date of 8.03.2011) and they give me another Complain no (Docket number is C08WB289976) but till date I did not get back my deducted money.
Pls help to resolve the problem.
