Top Up charges debited but no top up

I tried to Top Up my fathers BSNL mobile from there website through Internet Banking. Now my account is debited with Rs. 110/- and neither the mobile is topped up nor there is any receipt of this transaction. The web site is mentioning awaiting the confirmation from Bank. Bank says they have all ready sent money to BSNL. I am in soup now and lost Rs. 110.
