After Disconnection they are charging Rs 2500/- towards foreclosure

The above mentioned telephone was disconnected on 20/02 due to problems created by sales executives at our society.

This was the serious issue created by reliance sales executives. They have beaten up our security personnel. Under this situation, the society decided to discontinue the services of Reliance.

After all this, they have raised the bill of Rs 2659.21 towards foreclosure of connection.

Every thing is on record with company also when I gave the request for disconnection. Still they have raised the bill.

They should be punished.
