Unwanted message

Daily i'm receiving more than 10 sms from 59595. I don't know how to stop this service. I have sended STOP message to 59595 with the charge of Rs.1.20, but no response, and then i tried UNSUBSCRIBE to 59595 with the charge of Rs. 1.20, now i' getting message like as given below.

"due to techical issue, we are not able to process your request. please try agin."

I've tried up to 10 times (for each time they deducted Rs 1.20, its nearly Rs 12 (1.20 * 2) = Rs. 14.40.

No use in sending unsubscribe message. still i'm getting message from 59595.
