Sir,

i have been experiencing frequent errors on my Bsnl Cellone mobile number since long time.

The complaints are

1. While calling in any number from my cellone number i'm not able to make a call. the calls are getting disconnected. For 5 - 10 minutes i'm not able to connect. This occurs frequently without any reason even if i'm in full coverage area.

2. during the call or making a call, its displayed that there is "ERROR IN CONNECTION'.or 'CONNECTION ERROR', and the call gets cancelled.

3. I have changed my sim 3 times from Bsnl office and all the time the officer who attended told that my errors in the sim are rectified after i have recorded my complaints to them.but later the same thing happens again.

4. Eveytime i switch on the phone OR in the middle of doing a call, its displayed 'TEMPERORY ERROR OCCURED, PLEASE TRY AGAIN'

All these complaints were reported to the customer care executive many times and they told as usual that the problems will br rectifiied soon.

But there is no change in the conditon about these complaints,

PLEASE TAKE NECCESSORY STEPS TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM
