Very Wost Service

I used bsnl network bcz of clear network, but now a days bsnl network is the no 1 wost network in tamilnadu,

The problems are,

A sound like Old tape recoder voice comes between our communication, it dosent stop untill we cut the call,

we can't talk while we are moving in train from atleast Kodambakkam to egmore (Chennai)

I already so many times, but they not yet resolved the problem.
