Network problem

Dear sir,

i have complaint regarding the bsnl tower situated at vinod nagar in dhanbad,

jharkhand .it is not working properly since last 20 days. It is very inconvenient as there full network yet we cant make any calls as it shows " NETWORK BUSY"i request you to look into the matter as soon as possible...
