Not getting range/ network problem

My mobile number- 9403710448 of bsnl not getting any range since a month, now it`s not getting any incoming call, always showing busy when anyone call to it, also airtel number 9970035449 and 9960499583 not getting network, both company should be banned by indian government for cheating people for providing stupid network from one year-my name is nilesh gadge, address-asha, construction dhatrakphata, near water tank, near bali mandir, hirwadi, panchavati, nashik, pin-422620.
