Complaint against an agent in delhi for not submitting identity proof

Dear Sir,

I Ram Krishan Sharma, have bought a connection of tata indicom from one of your dealer named his agnecy as Bansal Properties. A person named Rinku, sold me that connection around one month back. And number has not been activated yet. When i asked him for activation of number then he started abusing and said he does not have time to activate it. So, i request you to perform action against this dealer and give me the confirmation for the same. If i will not receive any authentification from your side, then according to law i will go to consumer court and will complaint against company for abusing and misbehaviour of your agent for which company will be responsible. This dealer is at Arjun nagar, Shahdra, New Delhi 110032.

I want that person should not be given any more authorization to run that agency as he has misbehaved in a very rude manner.
