My bsnl mobile no is 9040124129 and i have sufficent balance and GPRS monthly pack, but from last month of 27 my GPRS is not working and i can't send sms also. I want to try to book a complaint but nobody ans me or mail me. I can't go to Orissa BSNL customer office b'coz i am on roaming. So plese help me out how can i solve this problem or give me a right mail id or tel nos.
