I am Sumit and facing a problem with bsnl mobile service. Sir I was activated a tarrif of 230 Rs. on my BSNL No. 9466210720.
But BSNL changes my connection in 3G from 2G.And my tarrif not work. This tarrif is for 30 days up to 31DEC, 09. But it is not working from 15th Dec. I have talked many times with customer care but they wouldn't give any smooth answer, they said it will work in 24 to 48 hours. But after 7 days I am mailing to you with a hope that you will give any solution to me. Sir I am waiting for your reply please reply to me as soon as possible.
