Unsubscription of web service

Sir,

i am a user of bsnl mobile no 9466649131. About six months ago i subscribed wap service"hot model of the day"from bsnl gprs services. On 5 jun I got a message from 58888 to unsubcribe service they sent a url http://203.199.70.160/site/t.jsp? i=743 but this url not open on my phone.so i can not unsubscribe this service i want to unsubscribe this wap service.i already lodged a complaint to cust care but it was not actioned. So please unsubscribe this wap service on my mobile and requested to confirm for the same on the above mob no.
