This is by way of a suggestion in this age of easy connectivity inter alia through the internet to the govt. telcom giants like the BSNL and the MTNL.
It is not understandable as to why the Accounts Officers (who alone can deal with discrepancies in and queries about billing) of these two huge organisations, leaders in India's Telecom field, should not be made available to the consumers in the Bills.
It is strongly suggested that this is done immediately to enable the consumers to register their complains and make queries about the billings of their landline connections.
