this is namit nigam from lucknow (u.p), having a prepaid pco connection (no. 09936965584). i rechared my pco from Rs. 660=00 on 27-04-10 but i lost my balance after three days after 3 days again rechared with 225 top up and again lost my balance. i tried so many times to talk customer care & local airtel office which is in MAHANAGAR LUCKNOW but they guys told me they cant handle problem related with pco, now tell me what i need to do bcoz im fed up with all this should i disconnect my pco??? bcoz nobody is intreseted to solve my problem i dont no my im loosing my balance kindly help me if u can.
