I have been a BSNL customer for more than a decade. Have been using Broadband services under "UNLIMITED USAGE" HOME category. All of a sudden I find that the billing for above Broadband connection has been changed arbitarily by BSNL and I am now being charged on "USAGE BASIS", without any instruction from me. This has inflated my monthly bill by almost FOUR/FIVE TIMES.
I seek resolution of my following problems
1. Restore my earlier Broadband status of UNLIMITED USAGE for HOME.
2. Refund the excess amount charged so far on a/c of arbitary change by BSNL the status of Broadband Plan, without my consent.
