After several complaint no one is attending. My telephone and braoadband connection is dead since 10 days. i had complained to SDO CC Gupta in nepz but no one attended still now. Some times i think that whole goverment machinary is sick becoz of some these type of iresponsible creatures in educated society. Govt should take action against them otherwise one day there will be no BSNL OR MTNL in india only the private service provider.
