WRONG BILL

Dear Sir,

I was using the BSNL land Line No 0651-2521096 as a incoming phone. For which i use to pay the rental every month. I requested BSNL to disconnect my connection and return my security money since i was not happy with services. In april BSNL have disconnected my connect. Also from that time i have never received any bill. In May i have received a bill of Rs 15000 to be paid. As my land line was disconnected in April how can i pay the bill. i have the bill payment receipt up to march. BSNL might also have the record that i have never receive any call on my no from May since it was only incoming call phone. Then why they have sent the bill like this. I have my last bill and payment receipt also. Also i want BSNL to refund my security money immediately.
