The service provider, without any instructions starts and activates services like jobs on mobile without any instructions. Then they start deducting the money on a daily basis. You call up the call centre it takes so much time and no one attends to the call that you get fedup and hang up.

They come up with schemes like Rs10 card and 100 msgs. You recharge with that and still you are charged for sms. This is clear cheating. Wish they found better and ethical ways of earning money.

However, thanks to number portability now, will not have to compromise on the number and change the operator.
