Deepak baskandi did a booking for walky on 22/08.Due to non availability of signal i was denied connection which makes it clear that although i was willing to get the walky installed it was your organisation which failed to provide me with a connection. On 05/09 i gave an application to your franchise Dheer comn, shop no 3, rhea apts, aundh rd, khadki, pune 411003 regarding refund of my booking amt of Rs 561/-.Since then i have contacted them on numerous occasions and on 01/01 again a mail has been sent to you by monisha aggarwal of dheer comn regarding my refund. I have given n number of call at your companies call centre but the responce has been discouraging. This behaviour on your componies part is not only pathetic but unethical. My CAF no is MHROMEWTR:235559.If prompt action is not recieved from your office i will not hesitate to publish your companies misdeed in national daily and approach consumer court to get justice.
