Bsnl postpaid
Excess billing of CUG charges Rs.75/- every month

Dear sir,

I am a postpaid customer of Bsnl since the last six years having mobile no 9441210734.I have been forced to pay an amount of Rs75/ every month as CUG user charges since the last five years. Inspite of repeated letters and email complaints the error in billing has not been rectified. Please look into the matter and reverse the amount excess paid and adjust the same in my forthcoming bills. Looking forward to your immediate attention and action.
