BSNL / Post paid connection

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using BSNL Haryana post paid connection with No. 9416205228 for last 4 months which I had purchased from Ambala.

As per BSNL, roaming is not applicable on BSNL Nos in Faridabad, Gurgaon, Punchkula & Chandigarh. Before purchasing post paid connection, I had used BSNL pre paid No. in Faridabad for 3 months & never faced roaming issue before. Roaming starts only when we cross Badarpur Border

Now with this post paid No. I observed that roaming charges are charged starting from Ballabhgarh and in complete Faridabad. In Month of Oct’11 Approx Rs.800/- were charged for roaming charges out of total bill of Rs.1161/-.

I had discussed with customer care over phone but not received any satisfactory answer. Also given written request in this regard in BSNL Exchange in Ambala city on 28th of Oct. with no update till Now.

Request you to pls have a look & do needful at the earliest
