Dear sir i have chanhe my bsnl postpaid plan to prepaidplan on same number 09426218184, but last threedays they have switchoff my mobile facilyty for outgoing and incoming, as per ref this compalint i have visited to bhuj loacal bsnl officers for this, but yet i have not statrt my mobile, so pls do needfull, with regards dinesh mehta.
