Deducted money from main balance for stv but its not working

Today i have recharged sms stv11 through sms..bsnl deducted money (rs.9.97) from my account... but its not working... already 5 hrs passed away..i contacted costumer care... but they didn't respond anything... so i am depressed for such type of service... kindly resolve this problem... my no. is 9483268508
