My Mobile is 9433378947. On 14.11.09 night I did recharge (Paper Vochur) for Rs.500/- I verified about the recharge to the customer care before i did recharge but I didn’t get the offer for the Rs.650/-. For past 23 days I am calling the bsnl customer care but they are not responding me properly. So please take the required action for this. My Docket No. is 3867744.
