When i make foreign call of Saudi (damam), just my friend disconnect my call and then he call me... but from last December bsnl charged the ring also..for this i have left my balance upto Rs 110..

I have summit many complaints to bsnl customer care service for the reduction of balance on number 9489354297... but they didn't took any proper attention for my complaints..my alternative number is 9600823100...
