Airtel msg card not working

Actually i get my mobile no. 9760746956 recharged by rs 11 msg card on 24th feb... it has not yet been activated nd i have made complaint 4 times nd it has also not yet solved by airtel department... i received calls from airtel 2 times saying the complaint is resolved but it is not yet... everytime i made the call to make the complaint half of the time the call is either diconnected or the 4 days time is given nd when the time given by them go away' nd i dn't get any response i call them back nd i found that my complaint time is extended... overall i am really fed up of airtel services
