Malfunctioning instrument, poor network & shoddy service

We are Walky customers since more than 3 years. Everything about the walky

telephone can be called shoddy.

The net work is so poor that when we call a telephone or mobile within 2 kms ridiculous, the message says 'out of service area'.

The telephone instrument as well as network is malfunctioning since beginning as a result of which net work is off in the middle of a conversation necessitating the caller from the other side or we ourselves have to dial again whereby we have to spend for 2 or 3calls for both receiving or calling which only enriches the Indicom co.

The dealer who supplied the instrument & connection is not accepting complaints but tells us to carry the instruments to all corners of Mumbai and at no time the Indicom authorities have visited our home for customer service nor they cared to phone us on receipt of complaints by their dealers.

I would like to surrender the Indicom connection and go for Reliance landlines or some other service.

Kindly expedite disconnection & refund the deposit at the earliest under advice to us.
