Bsnl prepaid
Deduction of money

Hi,

My name is Tayab and the mobile number 9420215281 is under my name. From past few days (15 days almost) every now then Rs.5/- is getting deducted form my balance for some service under name UTSAV PACK which am not aware of and i haven't subscribed ever.

I have been trying to call the customer care but am getting no response and no one is helping me out for unsubscribing this service.

So going further am lodging this complain again BSNL so that the thing can be sorted out soon as possible.
