Not able get proper response

Hi sir

i being the old customer am not know satisfied with ur service provided. i had been making complaint since last 20 days regarding not being able to get incoming calls to ur customer care. being though assuring me for the best possible arrangement to sort out my problem but not yet any solution till today had been.

either make a solution for the poor services provided, or give me method of disconnecting my walky.

on the other as it was ur unability to sort the problem and on my side being facing lots problem.being i sincere customer i am not going to whole duration bill till the day it has been solve, from the very first day the coplaint i had made.
