I recently switched from Airtel pre-paid service to post-paid one. After a week my calls were barred and the reason was my address proof was negative. I had given my bank statement as my address proof but still it failed. So I called the customer care and asked them to re-verify. They did and activated my service. The next week my SIM card was made inactive due to similar reasons as above. I called customer care and they asked me to call 9849198491 but the calls to this number do not go. What do I do. I am totally disconnected from the world without my mobile.
