Bsnl prepaid
Harassment by way of Deduction without my knowledge

Sir,

It has become a regular feature that amounts are being deducted from my pre-paid balance, of my mobile phone No. 9437108654, subscribing me to some BOGUS packs which I never asked for.

First I complained about No. 53030030 in September

this month OCT '10 another No. 1255025 & 1255005 has deducted ` 5/- & ` 25/-

I have my money (Prepaid) with the service provider (BSNL) doesn’t mean any one is at liberty to pick pocket from my account!!!

Now it is 52906 Does BSNL authorize them to do so with me? If so why

please be kind enough to look into the matter & ensure people like me are not harassed this way.
