I have purchased Nokia C3 model for my personal use, I find the problem in the hand set regarding Battery back, I have contected to the outlet from I have purchased the handset. they simply say please contact to Nokia service center in Sector-4, dwarks for any complaint if you have.
I have then got in touch with the Nokia service center in sec-4, dwarka. first time they took my hand set and examine and told me that sir there was some little problem in the treminals. like they were loose we have make it ok. I f you have any problem in charging please contact to us.
The same problem was persist in the handset then I again approach to the Nokia service centre within a week, they told me to bring me the packing of the phone this handset will go to the company.
Next day when I reached to the Nokia service centre to deposite my hand set for recitfy the problem of batter backup, they simply told Sir we are closing this center we can not help you any more. I told the same thing you can tell to me in the very begining, you people have wasted my two months and this is your answer.
when I have contacted to Nokia service manager they took my battery and told me to come after one week for collecting new batter. I do not know what will happen.
