I HAVE USED BSNL MOBILE PREPAID CONNECTION FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS. LAST MONTH MY ACCOUNT WAS DEDUCTED RS 30 FROM MY ACCOUNT. THEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID THEY DONT HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT DEDUCTION AND DONT GAVE A SATISFACTORILY ANSWER. I WAS SHOCKED. NOW TODAY ALSO 30 OR 40 RS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. I ALSO TODAY CALLED CUSTOMER CARE NO. 9416024365 TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE. THEY ARE NOR RESPONSED FOR THIS DEDUCTION. PLEASE I WNATS TO TAKE NECESARY ACTION REGARDING THIS SUBJECT.
