M/s Airtel has charged Rs. 85/- Rs 85/- on account of Airtel PC Secure call. As per details submitted by service providers on bill No. 534067130 ; A/c No. 13533622, these calls made by me on 01.03.2011 but time shown as 00.00.00 for both the calls. I have made a complaint to Airtel customer care where I have informed Mr. Sujeet about the discripancy, who accepted it and offer me to withdraw the charges of 85/- 85/-, but I have requested for surrender of my connection No 0120 - 4207060. After 45 minutes discussion he alloted me request No. 192047650 dated 25.03.2011. But, till date my telephone connection not disconnected and regularly airtel personal contacted me to continue the connection. Sir, I am not interested in Airtel connection so suitable instruction may kindly be issued to service provider.
