Shame on you!

This is to let you know that I am a very frustrated customer of yours..I had got a connection last year in November #65100744. It was a Sungill limited addition connection wortj Rs.3000.

I was excited to be a part of Tata Indicom but my dream was shattered. Unfortunately, the set was faulty. I registered complaint, went o CP office, Office at Rampura (sungill repair center) but all in vein. Lastly, in June my appeal was listened and instrument changed BUT, not for what I paid I got ACCESSTEL -800 which was available for Rs. 800 only that time...

Till date so many complaints so many talks so many dates given to me so many excuses but NO RESOLUTION finally I got that connection deactivated.

THE IRONY

During the above talk every told me that no new handset is in stock that is the reason we will not be able to give you.

Just to try I applied for a new connect 64572551 got the NEW SHINY LG 350 T model... WOW!! but again, it was totally dead on the Second day of charging. I again registered complaint got my handset replaced but with a repaired old set of some other customer. I deserve to have a new handset since, its a new connection... well i got it disconnected as well...

Shame shame shame nothing else you people deserve.
