I am having an airtel postpaid connection with no.9860061480. I was having a service 30Rs per month for US/Canada calls @2.99 Rs. I activated the service in July06 & again I had to activate it on 20th Sept (as validity period is only for 2 months). But second time the call center executive told me that the service will be continued till I discontinue it. But in the bill of 10Nov- 10Dec I was charged US Canada calls at 7.2Rs. When I asked the customer support executive (19th Dec) she told the service is active till today but she was unable to explain why i was charged so much. When I communicated my problem with her senior she told me the service was deactivated on 20Nov. I was surprised as within 15 minutes how all records showing different status.
The most horrible thing was when I called first person (121 -- her name was Latika) I explained her about 15 minues & she told me that my service was never deactivated from 20Sept till date, after which she simply hangup the phone. Again when I called (name was Shraddha) she hang up the phone saying she will transfer the call to the senior. Finally I got senior (?) shubhada, on line saying that service was deactivated on 20Nov.
This took almost an hour, & also within those calls many times the callcenter people cut the calls.
