I HAVE PAID Rs 550/- TO BSNL PREPAID EASY CHARGE FRANCHISE ID 606415111 AT TFIMULGHERRY, SECUNDERABAD ON 01 MAY AT 1535 Hrs FOR RECHARGING MY SAID PHONE NO. THOUGH I RECEIVED A MESSAGE SAYING THE PHONE IS TOPPED UP WITH Rs550, TILL DATE THE AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED IN MY PHONE OR UPGRADED MY TALK TIME. PLEASE HELP.SINCE 01 MAY EVERY DAY I AM CONTACTING THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE OF BSNL, NO ACTION IS TAKEN IN THIS REGARD PLEASE HELP.
