Not charging tarrif vouche

I purchased a tarrif voucher for Rs.112/- of BSNL Pre paid mobiles bearing no.55280010825233 bearing validity date untill 31.12. but after scratching and loading this tarrif voucher message shows the validity is over for this tarrif card. So, I am unable to load this voucher. Please do the needful. My mobile no. is 9415080316.
