Dear Sir
Please note that my mobile no 9460146904 is associated with one subscription service “ONMOBILE Laughter service” without my consent. When I called to call center 9400024365, I was told by your executive that this service is activated by me only. I am surprised if I do not know about the service how I can subscribe the same. But anyway I requested to discontinue any service subscription twice.
It was shocking to note that again you have deducted Rs.20 in lieu to “onmobile” subscription.
This is clear cheating that without any consent you are deducting money from my prepaid mobile account.
Please stop immediately the “ONMOBILE” pack or any pack on my mobile. Otherwise I shall be forced to go in consumer court as advised by your call center executive to protect myself from cheating.
