Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Pradeep kadam. I have BSNL SIM card. I want to complain against it. on (19/03), I got message as per below,
“Thank you for Subscribing Masti Pack. You have been charged Rs. 5/30 days. For other exciting subscription packs details, SMS HELP SUB to 56505.”
But reality is that I had not subscribed any pack. Without any my request, they subscribed the Masti Pack automatically. So, I called customer Care No. and one person responded and told me, “If you don’t like this scheme then tell me your message no. then I will deactivate this pack”. But till my prblem not sloved by bsnl customer care executive 7 deducting by balance. This matter is not for Rs. 5 but this is fraud. Service provider earns money by activating schemes automatically. I call several times but now they never take my call & also they not slove my request & deducting money from last three months back. My last request no.is 4678246 they told me your complaint is sloved but till date my balance deduction not stopped. I contact his senior customer care executive Mr. Dyaneshwar more, he is not take sereiously my problem & tell we are not responsible for that. Kindly help me on this mattar.
