I have given a Nokia N82 for service in the nokia care Marathahalli branch but the people were not at all ready to attend the cust who is walking in the nokia care wit various issue in there hanset.
I write this to you to keep you informe that i have handed over my Nokia N82 to the Nokia care to servive it due to my botton's of my camera were not workin properly but when they handed back my hanset it's not getting switched on itself and when i enquired there regarding the same they complaints that the IC of the handset is gone
Requesting you to pls take tis has a serious issue and give a proper feedback to the representive and also i need a call on the same to rectifie my issue
